About AZHL
AZHL (Azerbaijan Hockey League) is a hockey league created to develop and promote ice hockey in Azerbaijan.
We bring together players, teams, and fans, creating an organized competition system and opportunities for hockey development at different levels, from youth and junior hockey to adult competition.
Our goal is to develop hockey teams, organize regular championships, and build a strong hockey community in Azerbaijan.
Competition Format
4 Teams
Four clubs compete in AZHL, each representing a different city in Azerbaijan.
Regular Season
Every club faces the others home and away in a round-robin schedule.
Playoffs
The leading clubs from the regular season advance to the playoffs.
Championship Final
The playoffs conclude with a single Championship Final to crown the AZHL champion.
